Done using the inward K. Great for practicing kick rolls. This beat is also a great example of an auditory illusion - if you get all the hi-hats right, they sound separated from the rest of the beat making it appear that you're doing more than one sound at a time. You'll need to know... -Kick drum (taught in my basic sounds tutorial) -Dry kick (taught in my dry kick tutorial... you need to be able to do them with your lips together) -Kick rolls (taught in my kick rolls tutorial and encompasses the above) -Hi-hats (taught in my basic sounds tutorial) -Inward rimshot (taught in my inward K snare tutorial) Updated on a regular basis this series will teach you various beats using a variety of sounds. The "simple" beats are good for practicing new sounds or for newcomers to beatbox, the "intermediate" beats are a little faster or more complicated, while the "challenging" beats are for the more advanced beatboxer. "Song covers" are, obviously, covers of songs and can be any difficulty. Please feel free to hit the subscribe button, or leave a comment mentioning my awesomeness. If you would like help with the sounds or feedback on your beats, post a video response showing the sound as you are doing it, and I will be happy to give feedback. Op2 is a triangle wave right click on the waveform and click triangle 4. Op3 is a saw wave right click on the wave form then click saw after that right click again on the saw wave and click convert shape to sine harmonics Everything else should be clear if u payed minimal attention to this video but nonetheless if you still run into problems feel free to comment in the comment section below :) peace preset for noobies: http://speedy.sh/BhQxx/the-preset.rar | {"default": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fESsP6ZnVKA/default.jpg", "width": 120, "height": 90}, "medium": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fESsP6ZnVKA/mqdefault.jpg", "width": 320, "height": 180}, "high": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fESsP6ZnVKA/hqdefault.jpg", "width": 480, "height": 360}, "standard": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fESsP6ZnVKA/sddefault.jpg", "width": 640, "height": 480}, "maxres": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fESsP6ZnVKA/maxresdefault.jpg", "width": 1280, "height": 720}} | ugyszintén cibi | ["how", "to", "make", "skrillex", "scary", "monsters", "growl", "the", "easy", "way", "sytrus", "with", "fl studio"] | 22 | none | {"title": "How to make Skrillex Scary Monsters growl the easy way with sytrus", "description": "Ok so its not entirely the same as heard in scary monsters and nice sprites since skrillex uses ni fm8 but i thought it would be a good idea to share with u guys that you can make a similar growl sound with the sytrus plugin which comes with fl studio :)\n\n(Note: for some reason Hypercam did not record stuff within fl like channels, add more, and stuff like that so if u are a confused or not a regular sytrus user then here is what i have done...\n\n1.Channels - Add one - Sytrus\n2. right click on sytrus upper right corner (where you can find 2 arrows pointing at each other)and select default.\n3. fjxD32KIHgE | 2008-04-24T22:00:27Z | UCrxjqibvTHTN4ccwxcwh3DQ | KakiDrame - Percussion Studio | This video is part of the Percussion Studio for Djembe project. The idea is to learn and practice African rhythms. You can just listen to the music, and dance to it... But if you look carefully you see that there is a notation system also, so you can play along! What do these signs mean? The O = a Tone, that means on the rim of the djembé with fingers closed, and the hand more straight. The O with an X thru it = a Slap, that means, again on the rim, but then fingers opened, and hand more relaxed. The way I learned slapping, is by focussing on letting the ringfinger bounce first -- so you get a bit of an 45 degree angle -- flying in sideways. Then there is the Closed O (black little ball) -- That's the bass -- it is in the center of the drum, and you get the best sound by letting your hand bounce on the center. Wether fingers spread or closed, depends on personal taste.. With fingers open, it rings more. And last there are accents and muffles... An accent is a bit louder then the rest and is signed with an ^. The Muffle, is doing the strike for example a tone, but with one hand on the skin... So it cant really ring. The muffle is shown by an underscore _ under the note. These songs are just to get you to hear the African rhythms... If there is any piece you like, just let me know, and I will make videos dissecting the rhythms part by part -- so you can SEE how it is don on the drum. I do this, to inspire people to start drumming, and hopefully in the nearby future these files come in handy when we've started our drumcircle, so people can practice at home. Percussion studio = freeware You can download it here: http://www.henrykellner.com/PercussionStudio/ I've got ALL the African rhythm files AND instruments that are out there on the web in a collection. I still have to find a place where I can upload them in a zipfile so people can download it. Untill then, if you Really Really want them, just send me a message, and I'll try emailing them to you :-) Happy drumming! | {"default": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fjxD32KIHgE/default.jpg", "width": 120, "height": 90}, "medium": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fjxD32KIHgE/mqdefault.jpg", "width": 320, "height": 180}, "high": {"url": "https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fjxD32KIHgE/hqdefault.jpg", "width": 480, "height": 360}} | Sjpielsewolf Wotanson | ["Djembe", "rhythm", "Kakidrame", "percussion", "studio", "african", "how", "to"] | 22 | none | {"title": "KakiDrame - Percussion Studio", "description": "This video is part of the Percussion Studio for Djembe project. The 2 draw and 3 blow holes are the same note on any diatonic harmonica 3.) The tuning of the harmonica is such that the draw notes are higher than blow notes on holes 1-6, and, conversely, the draw notes are lower than the blow notes on holes 7-10 The beginning of this free harmonica lesson deals with these items, and then I blow each harmonica note on the harp for four counts along with a metronome set at 90 BPM so that a beginner can play along through all of the holes on the harmonica, making sure it sounds the same as mine (if you are having trouble telling whether or not you are successfully isolating notes.) Then, with the metronome set at 90BPM, I play through the major scale on the middle octave of the harmonica on whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, and finally on eighth notes. Again, the idea is that you can play along with me and work on your middle octave 1st position major scale on your C Harp. This is a great exercise to start developing dexterity to play harmonica music.. Here is the 1st position major scale harmonica tabs in c: 4 4 5 5 6 6 7 7 o i o i o i i o 7 7 6 6 5 5 4 4 o i i o i o i o Notice how you have to change the order of blow and draw on the harmonica when you go from hole number 6 to hole number 7. This is something you're going to want to get really comfortable with in your harmonica playing.
