Humbuckers vs P90 Pickups | The low quality recording features a cover of a rock song that consists of passionate electric guitar melody playing over playback. The playback features a groovy bass guitar, punchy snare and kick hits, shimmering cymbals and mellow synth key chords. It sounds groovy - thanks to the bass-drums relationship and passion - thanks to the electric guitar melody. | 2012-11-27T09:11:40Z | intheblues | Humbuckers vs P90 Electric Guitar Pickups. Webisode 8: The Sound Of Music | The low quality recording features a compilation of rock songs in-between which there is a flat male vocal talking. At the very beginning there is a short snippet of a groovy piano melody and fruity male vocal singing over it. After that, there is an even shorter snippet of a song that consists of acoustic rhythm guitar and a male vocalist singing over it. And at the end of the loop, there is a fade in into a flat male vocal singing with background vocals over punchy kick, punchy snare, shimmering cymbals, distorted bass guitar and electric guitar melody. Overall it sounds weird and chaotic, due to the arrangement of the sounds, but it is also energetic. | 2008-08-05T09:05:06Z | weezer | The Sound Of Music Tour Dates after the jump (since the press release is live): Sep 23 Boston, MA Tsongas Arena Sep 24 New York, NY Madison Square Garden Sep 26 Atlantic City, NJ Borgata Casino Sep 27 Philadelphia, PA Susquehanna Center Sep 29 Detroit, MI The Palace of Auburn Hills Sep 30 Toronto, ON Air Canada Center Oct 2 Chicago, IL All State Arena Oct 3 St. Paul, MN Xcel Arena Oct 5 Denver, CO Broomfield Oct 7 Salt Lake City, UT E Center Oct 9 Portland OR Memorial Coliseum Oct 10 Vancouver, BC GM Place Oct 11 Seattle, WA Key Arena Oct 13 San Jose, CA Events Center Oct 14 Los Angeles, CA The Forum Oct 17 San Diego, CA Cox Arena Oct 18 Phoenix, AZ Arizona State Fair Oct 20 Austin, TX Frank Erwin Center Oct 21 Dallas, TX Nokia Theater Oct 23 Houston, TX Reliant Arena Oct 25 Atlanta, GA Gwinnett Arena | ["Music", "Speech", "Exciting music"] | ["compilation", "fade in", "rock", "groovy piano melody", "fruity male vocal", "flat male vocals", "low quality", "punchy snare", "punchy kick", "shimmering cymbals", "background vocals", "electric guitar chords", "acoustic rhythm guitar", "distorted bass guitar", "chaotic", "energetic", "weird"] | 4 | hwe6y-jSqdQ | 4152 | |
