Electro-Harmonix Pitch Fork Polyphonic Pitch Shifter Pedal (Demo by Bill Ruppert) | This is an instrumental progressive rock music piece. There is an electric guitar playing complex tunes and chords with a pitch shifting effect. There is a psychedelic feel to this track. Parts of this recording could be used in an advertisement jingle. | 2014-10-07T18:11:27Z | EHX | The Electro-Harmonix Pitch Fork polyphonic pitch shifter pedal transposes an instrument’s pitch over a +/- three octave range and features three modes which allow the pitch to be transposed up, down or both, simultaneously. The pitch shift amount can be set to a fixed interval or continuously varied by an expression pedal or control voltage. The controls are straightforward and intuitive. An 11-position Shift switch selects the maximum transposition interval ranging from D (Detune), a shift of 17 cents, through Minor 2nd, Major 2nd, Major 3rd, Perfect 4th, Perfect 5th, Major 6th, Minor 7th, 1 Octave, 2 Octaves and 3 Octaves. A three position toggle switch controls whether the pitch is transposed up, down or both. In Dual mode, two pitch-shifted signals are output. One follows the shift knob as if in the Up position while the other creates a harmony. Dual Mode settings include M3 up + P5 up, P5 up + 1 Oct down, 1 Oct up + 1 Oct down and many others. A Blend knob controls the mix of the dry signal and the effected signal, and an EXP jack enables the player to control pitch and glissando with an expression pedal. The Latch button selects Latch or Momentary mode which affects how the footswitch and EXP input behave. In Latch mode, the footswitch toggles between effect on and buffered bypass each time it’s pressed and the EXP input continuously varies pitch. In Momentary mode the effect is only on while the footswitch is depressed and when it is released the Pitch Fork goes into bypass. In Latch mode the EXP input controls pitch shift amount, ranging from unity to the interval set by the Shift knob, and pitch varies continuously throughout the expression pedal’s range. In Momentary mode the EXP input controls glissando rate for the Pitch Fork’s footswitch. When the bypass footswitch is pressed, the Pitch Fork jumps from bypass to the interval set by the Shift knob. The amount of time it takes to reach that new note is the glissando rate. When the footswitch is released the pitch will return to unity at the same rat… | ["Reverberation", "Effects unit", "Electric guitar", "Guitar", "Music", "Musical instrument", "Plucked string instrument"] | ["jam", "no singer", "instrumental", "single instrument", "electric guitar", "guitar solo", "pitch shift", "complex", "psychedelic"] | 9 | s2O2xaRfje0 | 4918
Greer Amps Southland Harmonic Overdrive - Top Boost Gear | Solo performance of an electric guitar player strumming chords. The tone is overdriven and warm. The genre is rock. | 2014-10-17T13:45:51Z | Top Boost Gear | Available at WWW.TOPBOOSTGEAR.COM! The Southland Harmonic Overdrive is built on the Lightspeed Organic Overdrive platform, we have developed what we believe to be the best overdrive on the market. The Lightspeed was built with the specific purpose of being a light to mild overdrive. The Southland is the next logical step for the Lightspeed platform—more gain, with two stages of clipping (utilizing different diode types for each stage of clipping), a focused midrange (not that annoying “hump”), and a bit of presence on top of the signal, to help cut through the mix. The Southland Harmonic Overdrive, like the Lightspeed, is touch sensitive, responds to pick attack, and has dynamics that just won’t stop. On top of that, we’ve selected a chip to drive the Southland that takes it to the next level. | ["Effects unit", "Electric guitar", "Music", "Harmonic", "Distortion"] | ["electric guitar", "overdrive", "strumming", "rock", "warm"] | 8 | NzvkMWY4EjA | 2387

That Pedal Show – Strymon Deco demo. Do we know what it is yet? | After a clicking sound and e-guitar slide up the fretboard someone is playing a melody on an e-guitar. White noise from the recording can be heard. This song may be playing in a guitar class. | 2015-05-29T08:30:51Z | Daniel TheGigRig | PLEASE NOTE: From January 2016, we have moved. We are now here… https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnUXq8mGmoHt0e6ItuTs10w Please subscribe to the That Pedal Show dedicated channel. In this episode of That Pedal Show, Daniel and Mick get to grips with the Strymon Deco. What does it do? It simulates the effects of running old tape machines, which means all manner of vintage-voiced phasing, flanging, tape saturation and automatic double tracking effects. Helping Daniel and Mick enjoy the Deco are Dan's Gibson Custom Shop R8 Les Paul and ’61 SG Junior. The pedal is running through a Lazy J J20 and a Mallard 18-watt Marshall clone. TheGigRig G2 is taking care of switching duties. Please note that only the Deco is active in the G2 loop – all the other pedals are disengaged. Some of the sounds are panned to the right and left side of the speakers. This song may be playing at home practicing guitar. | 2015-11-12T23:20:22Z | Lance Seymour | https://robertkeeley.com/product/seafoam-plus-chorus/ Product Description Seafoam Plus Chorus Seafoam Plus Chorus – True Chorus and ADT with Reverb Keeley Engineering is changing the minds of even the most picky players, again. We are proud to announce the all new Seafoam Plus Chorus – True Chorus and ADT with Reverb. It will forever change the way you think about chorus because we have developed a new type of chorus until now only available in expensive DAWs and in studios. Not only is it tuned for guitar, but there are voices and modes created specifically for bass players including flanging and tremolo. Lastly this tri-mode chorus offers internal switching for vintage and modern tones further doubling the amount of sounds you can get. ADT: In the Seafoam Plus Chorus you get the automatic doubler that we developed in the revolutionary 30ms Double Tracker. Our ADT chorus is what we call True Chorus because we create a second and third voice like singers in a choir. Not only do they sing at different times, they sing at different pitches. True Chorus. Seafoam Mode: You guessed it, the all new Seafoam Plus Chorus, lush wide and with a very musical vibrato. Gives you the lush sounds and tone of a vintage BBD analog chorus unit.. This is where you’ll find a typical chorus feature. This mode of the pedal has an LFO, the regularly cycling part you hear in most every other chorus unit. It provides a classic tone that you expect and has become part of many classic tunes. Set the rate for slow and depth for wide and enjoy a really spacious sounding chorus. Roll the Mix Control all of the way up for Vibrato. With the Space control as a Tone Control in this mode you can go from bright to vintage warmth, dialing in the perfect chorus. Dual Chorus Mode: We created a frequency cross-over based dual chorus engine. Imagine a dividing line that is centered on your high E-string. Control the depth of chorus independently for highs and lows. Craft the ultimate “Come As You Are” niravana of chorus tones. It all comes in a standard-sized MXR box with a simple three-knob setup and a hi-fi analog dry path with a massive 20 volts of headroom thanks to Constant Headroom Technology™. Each reverb style is as richly detailed as any found in the highest-end rack units and plug-ins, and all you have to do to step through them is push the Tone knob. The PLATE setting provides a shimmering smooth wash of space that’s a go-to choice from the studio recording world. SPRING sets a new standard for truly authentic sounding reverb without coiled metal—a perfect recreation of the classic amp-based effect, with the Tone control taking you from dark vintage amp spring, through classic jangle, to bright surfy splatter. EPIC is a unique combination of multiple interwoven analog-tone delay lines and complex modulation—perfect for solos from that more shaded part of the lunar landscape. MOD throws down a plate-flavored spaciousness with richly organic modulation in the feedback path. The ROOM style adds subtle body and projection to your guitar tone at shorter decay times while longer decay times yield rich organic space that doesn’t wash out. PAD closes out the line-up with a unique combination of sub-octave + octave-up with echoes + "shimmer" + synth/organ modulation + reverb. Connect a Dunlop DVP series volume/expression pedal to the expression jack to toggle and blend between two different knob setting configurations. The Reverb includes 100% wet mode, stereo input and output capability, and true relay or trails bypass.
