The Motor Coach crashed into the barrier at 30.36 mph, with 22 instrumented crash dummies (belted and unbelted). Several on and off board high-speed cameras documented the crash test event. Over 400 data channels were recorded at 12,500 Hz.\r\nVRTC is a federal research facility located onsite at TRC (the Center). The staff conducts research and vehicle testing in support of NHTSAs mission to save lives, prevent injuries, and reduce traffic-related health care, and other economic costs. The research and development activities are performed to produce safer vehicles through improved vehicle performance, improved occupant protection systems, improved structural integrity of vehicles, increased understanding of driver behavior, and the use of intelligent systems to enhance drivers ability to avoid crashes and travel safely.", "musiccaps_names": "[\"Country\", \"Bluegrass\"]", "musiccaps_aspects": "[\"strummed acoustic guitar\", \"phaser effect\", \"bass guitar\", \"airy\", \"compound meter\", \"instrumental\", \"psychedelic rock\", \"heavily effected\"]", "musiccaps_author": "8", "youtube_id": "EFlGHxV5WsY", "musiccaps_rowid": 1540} {"video": "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SY6uwVbC944&start=30&end=40", "youtube_link": "{\"label\":\"The Country Gentlemen He will set your fields on fire\",\"href\":\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SY6uwVbC944&start=30&end=40\"}", "musiccaps_caption": "Bluegrass music featuring banjo, mandolin, acoustic guitar, upright bass, a simple chord progression and a fast tempo.", "youtube_published": "2009-10-12T22:47:55Z", "youtube_channel": "Jeff Barnett", "youtube_description": "From Reno's old time show, a tribute to Charlie Waller", "musiccaps_names": "[\"Country\", \"Music\", \"Bluegrass\"]", "musiccaps_aspects": "[\"bluegrass\", \"banjo\", \"mandolin\", \"upright bass\", \"acoustic guitar\", \"simple chord progression\", \"fast tempo\", \"lead male vocalist\"]", "musiccaps_author": "8", "youtube_id": "SY6uwVbC944", "musiccaps_rowid": 2774} {"video": "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDjeY72KaSo&start=30&end=40", "youtube_link": "{\"label\":\"Adele - Rolling in the Deep - Chinese Zither Cover \u53e4\u7b5d\u7248 (REMASTERED)\",\"href\":\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDjeY72KaSo&start=30&end=40\"}", "musiccaps_caption": "A Chinese zither plucked string instrument, or guzheng covering a popular western song with virtuosity, tremolo picking and string bending over a steady rock beat. A few compressors and EQs later things really came together and the beauty of this cover was no longer muddied by the original recording conditions. \n\nAfter all that treatment the clip grew 48 times in size, to 370 MB. It doesn't look as sharp as a HD recording because no matter how much you polish a 480x320 image you simply can't recreate detail that wasn't captured in the first place. All you can do is minimize the image artifacts and make it scale better on big screens. The sound was easier to salvage because even a cheap mic can record good enough mid-highs if they're powerful enough.\n\nAnyway, I hope you'll enjoy listening to this as much as I did!\n\n----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nOriginal video is found here: http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMzY0NjI4MTky.html\n\nMore covers/Guzheng versions from the same musician: http://i.youku.com/u/UMjExNTM4Mzk2/videos\n\nThe instrumental track I used for the remastered sound mix is from here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXCUf6R0DUA", "musiccaps_names": "[\"Country\", \"Music\"]", "musiccaps_aspects": "[\"zither\", \"chinese\", \"plucked string instrument\", \"string bending\", \"guzheng\", \"tremolo picking\", \"instrumental cover\", \"steady rock beat\", \"virtuosity\", \"east meets west\"]", "musiccaps_author": "8", "youtube_id": "qDjeY72KaSo", "musiccaps_rowid": 4766}
